Commercial concrete restoration, joint sealing & waterproofing
Dallas has the widest mix of commercial building ages in the region, and each age brings its own concrete and water problems. Brick warehouses near downtown and along the old rail lines have been converted to offices, studios and restaurants, and their below-grade walls were never waterproofed to modern standards. Postwar industrial strips along the Stemmons corridor carry decades of patched pavement. Newer distribution buildings in southern Dallas County run truck courts that take loaded trailers all day. We work across all of them from our DFW base. The job-site photo on this page of a foundation wall excavated along a converted brick building is typical of below-grade work on Dallas's older stock.
Older brick and converted industrial buildings
Many of these buildings put interior space against foundation walls that were built only to keep soil out. When a lower level or slab edge starts taking water, excavating and waterproofing from the outside is usually the lasting fix.
High-traffic pavement
Dallas retail and logistics sites run long hours, so pavement work is phased by area so drive lanes and docks stay open.

Dallas questions
Before you call
- Can you work on an occupied building downtown or in a dense area?
- Yes. Tight sites mean planning trench limits, debris haul-off and pedestrian protection in advance. We confirm access, staging and any right-of-way permits with the owner before we mobilize.
- Do you cover southern Dallas County logistics properties?
- Yes. Truck court joint sealing, dock apron replacement and panel repair are core work for us across Dallas County.
- Our older building's lower level gets wet after heavy rain. Where do we start?
- With a site visit to trace where the water enters, whether through the wall, the wall-to-slab joint or a penetration. Send photos on WhatsApp first and we'll tell you what we need to see in person.
