Commercial concrete restoration in Dallas–Fort Worth and across Texas
Commercial concrete rarely fails all at once. It fails at joints, edges, dock aprons and drive lanes, where water, traffic and the movement of North Texas clay meet. Restoration means finding the damaged sections, removing them cleanly, and replacing or repairing them so the rest of the pavement or slab keeps working. We self-perform the work with our own crews, trucks and loaders.

01 · How it works
What the work involves
Most of the deterioration we see on Texas commercial properties follows a few patterns: slab sections that have cracked and settled over soft or eroded base, spalled edges at joints where incompressible debris got in, and surface scaling or delamination where water has worked into the top of the slab.
Restoration starts by defining the limits of the bad concrete. Sound concrete is left in place. Damaged areas are saw-cut to square edges so the repair isn't feathered thin at its boundaries, then removed. Where the base is the cause, it's corrected before new concrete goes back.
Section replacement is the right answer for slabs that have cracked through or lost support. Partial-depth repair (see Concrete Remedial Patching) suits damage confined to the top of a sound slab. Both end with joints sealed so the repair doesn't let water back in.
04 · Work methodology
How we do it
- 01
Walk the site
Mark the damaged sections with you and note traffic, access and phasing needs.
- 02
Saw-cut and remove
Square saw cuts, demolition and haul-off with our own trucks and loaders.
- 03
Correct the base
Re-compact or replace base material where loss of support caused the failure.
- 04
Reinforce and place
Set reinforcing per the drawings or matched to the existing section, then place and finish.
- 05
Cure and seal joints
Cure the new concrete and seal the joints before reopening to traffic.
05 · Materials and systems
Products are selected per project from the specification or, where there is none, from manufacturer data sheets matched to the joint movement, traffic and exposure. Your written proposal names the exact products before work starts.

07 · Buyer questions
Questions property and project managers ask
- Do you provide engineering or structural evaluations?
- No. We're a specialty contractor. When a repair affects structural capacity, such as an elevated deck or a structural slab, the owner's engineer of record sets the repair design and we build to it.
- Can the property stay open during the work?
- Usually, yes. We phase work by area so tenants keep access, and we coordinate cones, barricades and pour schedules with your property manager.
- Should we repair or replace?
- If the damage is limited to the top layer of an otherwise sound slab, repair is usually more economical. If a panel has cracked through, rocks under load or has lost its base, replacing the section lasts longer. We'll show you which areas fall into which group.
