Commercial concrete restoration, joint sealing & waterproofing
Southlake is one of the region's most image-conscious commercial markets. Southlake Town Square, which opened at the end of the 1990s, set a standard of brick storefronts, wide pedestrian walks and well-kept public spaces, and the corporate and retail properties along the SH 114 corridor near DFW Airport follow it. On properties like these, concrete and sealant work is judged by how it looks as much as how it performs. A replaced walkway panel has to sit flush and read as part of the original. A facade joint has to be tooled cleanly in the right color. Stamped or decorative concrete needs careful edges where new meets old. We bring the same crews and equipment we use on industrial work, with the extra planning a polished retail or office property requires.
Work around shoppers and tenants
Retail and office properties here stay open, so we plan staging, barricades and pour times to keep storefronts accessible.
Masonry and decorative flatwork
Brick facades mean masonry expansion joints, and upscale hardscape means stamped and colored concrete. Both need careful matching on repair.

Southlake questions
Before you call
- Can you match existing stamped or colored concrete?
- We can match pattern and approximate color on replacement sections. An exact color match to weathered concrete isn't guaranteed, and we'll discuss realistic expectations before the pour.
- Can work happen before stores open?
- Early-morning starts and staged closures are common on retail work. Tell us the property's operating hours and we'll build the schedule around them.
- Do you work on masonry expansion joints?
- Yes. Cutting out failed sealant in brick and masonry joints and installing new joints is part of our vertical sealant work.
