Commercial concrete restoration, joint sealing & waterproofing
Prosper is one of the fastest-changing towns at the northern edge of the Metroplex. Land along US 380 and the Dallas North Tollway that was open country not long ago is filling with retail centers, medical offices, multifamily communities and service buildings. That makes it a market for new concrete as much as old: pads and slabs for commercial metal buildings and additions, and site flatwork that needs its joints sealed from the start. The young properties have the same exposure as the rest of North Texas, with clay soils that move and new joints that will need attention sooner than owners expect. We bring our own dump trucks and track loaders for site prep, and our joint-sealing crews for finished properties.
Build it right the first time
On new commercial flatwork, sealing joints at turnover keeps water out of the base during the soil's first wet-and-dry cycles.
Slabs for metal buildings
Service buildings and shops are common on Prosper's commercial edges. We build their slabs to the engineered foundation design and anchor bolt plan.

Prosper questions
Before you call
- Can you do the site prep as well as the slab?
- Yes. Clearing, grading, footing excavation and spoil haul-off are done with our own equipment, followed by forming, reinforcing and placement.
- Should new concrete joints be sealed right away?
- On commercial flatwork in expansive clay areas, sealing joints soon after the concrete has cured keeps water and debris out from the beginning. Timing depends on the sealant manufacturer's cure requirements.
- Do you also cover nearby Celina and McKinney?
- We cover the northern Metroplex from our DFW base. Send the site address and we'll confirm scheduling.
