Questions
Frequently asked questions
- Which service do I need if water is getting into my building?
- It depends on where the water enters. Through a below-grade wall, that's below-grade waterproofing. Along wall panel joints, it's vertical joint sealants. If it's draining from site slabs, it's joint sealing or concrete repair. Send photos and we'll tell you which applies.
- What's the difference between concrete restoration and remedial patching?
- Remedial patching repairs damage in the top layer of a sound slab. Restoration replaces whole sections that are cracked through or have lost their base support.
- Do you provide engineering?
- No. We're a specialty contractor. When work needs engineering, we build to the drawings from the owner's engineer.
