Commercial concrete restoration, joint sealing & waterproofing
Frisco has spent the last two decades building outward along the Dallas North Tollway and the Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH 121). It added mixed-use districts, sports and entertainment venues, office towers, retail centers and a large amount of new multifamily. Most of that inventory is young, which changes the work. Instead of decades of deferred repair, Frisco properties are reaching their first maintenance cycle: original sealants in pavement and building joints beginning to harden or split, the first settled walkway panels over clay that has had time to move, and pool deck joints at new apartment communities that opened just a few seasons ago. New building activity also means slab work, from service buildings to additions and equipment pads.
First-cycle maintenance
Catching joint failures in the first maintenance cycle keeps water out of the base while the pavement and slabs are still in good condition. That's the cheapest point to intervene.
New construction support
For new metal buildings and additions we build slabs and pads to the engineer's foundation design, with our own site-prep equipment.

Frisco questions
Before you call
- Our property is only a few years old. Why are the joints already failing?
- Joint sealants can fail early when they were installed without a proper backer rod, in a joint that was too narrow, or bonded on three sides. Expansive clay movement in the first few years adds stress. We'll identify which it is before quoting.
- Do you pour slabs for new commercial metal buildings in Frisco?
- Yes, built to the stamped foundation design and the building manufacturer's anchor bolt plan.
- Can you schedule pool deck work before our community pool opens?
- Yes, if you contact us early. Pre-season dates fill up first, so reach out in late winter.
