Commercial concrete restoration, joint sealing & waterproofing
Fort Worth's commercial growth has run north along I-35W toward the AllianceTexas logistics area, where large distribution buildings sit behind wide concrete truck courts. That pavement works hard: tractor-trailers turning on the same panels every shift, joints packed with grit, and edges that spall once the sealant is gone. Closer in, around the Near Southside and the older industrial districts, the work looks more like Dallas's older stock: brick buildings, aging walks and drives, and foundation walls that were never meant to keep out water. Our crews run joint routing and sealing, dock apron and panel replacement, and below-grade waterproofing across Tarrant County, hauling our own debris and bringing our own loaders.
Variable ground
Soils across Fort Worth range from limestone-influenced ground in the west to expansive clays in the east. We look at how the existing pavement has failed, whether it's cracking over lost support or only at joint edges, before choosing between patching and section replacement.
Truck court maintenance cycles
Large distribution sites benefit from regular joint inspection. Resealing before panels lose support costs far less than replacing cracked panels.
